Check the description for the base metal, stone type and finish of the particular product. A gold-colored finish is not a statement that a piece is solid gold. A photo showing several pieces or finishes does not mean they are all included; check the listing and selected option.

Where will my order ship from?

Products ship directly to customers from our manufacturing partner in China. Contact JMO before ordering to confirm availability, processing and delivery estimates for your chosen piece and destination.

Delivery and returns questions

A piece shows sold out

Contact us with the product link and the size and finish you want. We can check whether that exact option can be sourced.

Help with an existing order

Contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If something arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review it. Never send payment-card details by email.
