Jewelry Care

Give your jewelry a little care between wears. The right cleaning method depends on the base metal, finish, stones and setting of your specific piece.

After wearing

• Gently wipe the piece with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
• Store pieces separately so chains and settings do not rub against each other.
• Fasten chains before storing them to help reduce tangles.

Protect the finish

• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or using household cleaners.
• Apply fragrance and lotion before putting jewelry on, and let them dry first.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and hard brushes on plated finishes.

Check before deeper cleaning

Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner, steam cleaner or chemical dip unless the method is confirmed suitable for that piece. If a clasp or setting feels loose, stop wearing it and contact us before cleaning or attempting a repair.
