Three clear stages, with your design, payment amounts and next steps agreed in your custom quote.

  1. Deposit & design

    Tell us your idea, budget, preferred materials and size. We’ll confirm the design deposit in your quote, then share a CAD or design preview for your approval before production.

  2. Second payment & production

    Once you approve the design and make the agreed second payment, production begins. We’ll share progress photos so you can follow your piece as it takes shape.

  3. Final payment & completion

    Review final photos of your completed pendant and settle the remaining balance before dispatch. Your piece is prepared for its journey to you; packaging varies by piece.
